About
Amy Nauiokas is a transformational CEO, founder, governor and advocate who has spent three decades running and building purpose-led organizations at the intersection of access, equity, and innovation. She has dedicated her career to seeing around corners and leading teams to uncover what could be rather than accepting the status quo.
​
She began her career on Wall Street and rapidly rose to the top of the global financial services industry, with senior posts at Cantor Fitzgerald and Barclays. From there, she shifted from corporate CEO to entrepreneur, co-founding Anthemis, the industry leading VC widely credited as the first firm to focus on the multi-trillion dollar fintech industry. Along with her Anthemis team, she led the digital revolution in Financial Services, investing and supporting more than 250 companies and thousands of entrepreneurs. Amy is also the founder of Archer Gray, an award-winning production company responsible for Academy- Award nominated and Tony-award winning projects like Can You Ever Forgive Me?,Diary of a Teenage Girl, Lost Girls and Broadway sensation Once. Through Archer Gray, she continues to bring new, diverse, and innovative stories to life.

Amy sits on a number of startup and growth-stage company boards and has also been honored to serve on the board of Make-A-Wish International, the Worldwide Orphan Foundation, and The Bubble Foundation, which she founded and merged with Edible Schoolyard.
​
She earned a B.A. in International Studies from Dickinson College, where she has served on the Board of Trustees for 20 years, and an M.A. in International Business from Columbia University, where she previously taught in the business school. She currently lives in New York City, and is the matriarch of a great big modern, blended family, including 6 children.

Through all her ventures, Amy has stayed true to her passion for bringing more people in, and creating organizations that can adapt to the fast-changing world around us. She re-defined what values-driven leadership looks like, charting a course for and influencing system-level change agents around the world.
